Roles and responsibilities:
  • Sales calls - calling prospective customers and registered users
  • Acquiring customers - callings, emails, regular follow-up with leads
  • Operations, coordinating between clients and service providers, tracking weekly and monthly metrics
  • Observe specifically consumer behavior and maintain report
  • Customer relationship management - ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
