Bringing in new customers through web chats, lead generation and cold calling,
Developing, Managing and growing existing client relationships and guide them through the annual renewal,
Communicating with customers in some phase of disconnecting service in an effort to retain service
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
* Field inbound calls/web chats/emails from customers/potential customers interested in our services. Follow the sales process to maximize sales potential.
* Accurately access customer?s needs and issues to recommend the features, benefits and value of our service offerings specific to this customer.
* Utilise web inquiries as calling data and follow up on these inquiries
* Maintain relationships with clients by providing sales information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
* Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
* Generate leads through various resources
* Achieve targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
