About the Role & Responsibility

 

- Leading the Startup Brand Strategy & Positioning.  

- Should be able to segregate the Marketing Budget into different channels depending on the ROI and goals to be achieved.

- Regularly innovating customer acquisition and marketing strategy, and effectively executing it for all channels 

- We are a startup where things move fast, so it is important for the Applicant to learn & understand every aspect of Sports Business in India. 

- Your goal will always be to build a long term Partnership with Clients & keeping a strong control over the short term targets.

- A person who loves new challenges and always thinks of innovating the ways of doing things. 

- Who believes in getting things done as quick as possible.

- Failure is not into your books and freedom to work and expansion is what you always demand.

We are an online Sports & Fitness Nutrition startup brand solving the problem of Duplicity and Transparency in India. We have been growing almost 30% month on month basis and people have been loving our products which we will keep launching for them on almost every 1-2 month basis. We are moving fast and aims to move much faster along with a team which brings never give up attitude.  

About the Role & Responsibility 

- Leading the Startup Brand Strategy & Positioning. 

- Knowledge and experience of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email, Affiliate Marketing and other forms of Digital marketing. 

- Is more Inclined towards web analytics and believes in making marketing decisions based on data.

- Have been involved before in understanding and tracking user behavior to optimize on every Marketing Campaigns.

- Should be able to segregate the Marketing Budget into different channels depending on the ROI and goals to be achieved.

- Regularly innovating customer acquisition and marketing strategy, and effectively executing it for all channels 

- We are a startup where things move fast, so it is important for a co-founder to understand every aspect of building an e-commerce/online brand. 

- This is not the end of the list- . Market changes so do Marketing technologies and methods. Your goal will always be to build a long term online brand keeping a strong control over the short term targets.

Starting salary: 10-15 K Per Month
